Two quick steps to get you started.
This is your private password. It ensures only you can see your data.
IMPORTANT: Make it unique (e.g. "Bill-Recovery-2025") so no one else accidentally uses it.
iPhone: Tap "Share" (square with arrow) -> "Add to Home Screen".
Android: Tap the menu dots -> "Add to Home Screen".
Create your "Secret Key": Enter a unique phrase (like YourName-Recovery-2025). This acts as your private password so your data stays only with you.
MAKE IT UNIQUE! If you use a common name (like "John"), someone else might accidentally use your key and overwrite your data.

π Reminders: Tap the Bell icon (top right) to set appointments in your phone's calendar so you never miss a check-in.

β‘ The Spot-Check: Agitated? Hit "Step-Check Inventory" to identify the disturbance and pivot immediately.
π Evening Review: Clear your head before bed. You can also write your Gratitude List and email it to a sponsor with one tap.
π Pattern Math (Frequency): We calculate this based on the days selected. If you log 20 "Procrastinations" in 30 days, that is 66%. If you log 35 "Gratitudes", that is over 100%! This helps you track intensity and frequency.
